By a contingency fee that represents a portion of the recovery. If there is no recovery then there is no fee.

Not in personal injury cases. These usually take over one hour and are always done by Mr. Barber, not a paralegal or legal assistant.

Are there other charges?

There are costs which are normally advanced and repaid at the conclusion of the case.
